Join Costa Group, Australia’s leading fresh produce grower and marketer.

Australia is a large country and there can be long distances between regional locations. It is generally a good idea to have your own vehicle or share with a friend to get around. Costa does not provide transport or on-farm accommodation so you will also need to find a place to stay.  There are lots of good websites to explore to find out about travelling in Australia.

The rewards make it all worthwhile.

Depending on the produce and the job, you may be paid an hourly rate or a piece rate.  If you are paid a piece rate you will still be guaranteed a minimum hourly wage under the Horticulture Award.

As for the experience you’ll have, you can’t put a price on that.

In order to apply for a position with Costa in Australia you will need to have a valid visa which enables you to work while in the country. There are different visas available, depending on your circumstances.

At Costa, we’re constantly looking for more sustainable ways to make fresh, healthy food available for everyone.
