To be able to work legally in Australia, you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, hold Australian Permanent Residency or hold a valid Australian Visa with work entitlements.
If you want to come to Australia to work you will need a visa that suits the work you intend to do. Visas are available for:

- people participating in specific activities
- working holiday makers
- highly specialised workers
- trainees, short term
- experienced business people
- Australia’s offshore oil and gas industry
You will need to provide a copy of your relevant documents prior to being offered employment.
By submitting our Employment Application Form, you provide us with consent to undertake a visa check (VEVO) for our records, to confirm your permission to work.
If you are seeking employment but do not yet have a relevant work visa, do not submit our Employment Application Form. Instead we ask you to please complete an Expression of Interest via our Careers Portal as we do not accept applications from candidates who do not currently have the legal right to work in Australia.
