The Hive project team visited farms in Western Australia this week, gathering information on current processes and meeting with key stakeholders.
Anita Heagney (Group Manager, HR Transformation & Systems) and Pepijn de Groot (HR Solutions Lead) (pictured) visited Casuarina (mushrooms) and Gingin (berries) to consult with employees and better understand how Hive will transform workflows and streamline processes at these sites when it’s implemented next year.
“It’s incredibly important for members of the Hive project team to visit our farms,” Anita said. “It’s crucial that we speak to people on the ground, and see how different processes are handled at out different sites.
“The teams at Casuarina and Gingin are doing a phenomenal job, and I’m excited to see how implementing Hive will reduce complexity in their space – especially in cutting down reliance on physical forms and schedules.
