Cormac joined Costa in 2011 and has over 14 years of experience in the avocado industry. He has held various roles in sales, supply, and packing operations. He was appointed as General Manager of Avocados, Bananas and Grapes in 2022, overseeing farming, packing, and marketing across these categories, and in 2025 General Manager, Avocados, Bananas and Domestic Sales. He holds a Bachelor of Agribusiness and has extensive experience in large-scale agricultural operations.
