Hive project team visit WA

The Hive project team visited farms in Western Australia this week, gathering information on current processes and meeting with key stakeholders. Anita Heagney (Group Manager, HR Transformation & Systems) and Pepijn de Groot (HR Solutions Lead) (pictured) visited Casuarina (mushrooms) and Gingin (berries) to consult with employees and better understand how Hive will transform workflows and streamline processes at these sites when it’s implemented next year.

Corindi consultation continues

Integration and flexibility were the big topics of conversation during on-site consultation at Corindi this week. The Northern NSW Berry farm is one of Costa’s largest, and Hive team members were keen to see examples of the challenges that Hive will help overcome when it rolls out next year.
