The Employee Assistance Program provides short term counselling and support for all employees and immediate family members (if eligible). Some positions allow for novated leases. This is a form of salary packaging that makes running your car easier and more cost-effective. When you salary package a novated lease, you agree to forgo a portion of your salary in return for a fully-maintained car.
